Order Processing Time

Please note:
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During festive periods or high-demand launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Delays & Interruptions

If Your Order is Late or Damaged

Late Delivery: Please wait until the estimated delivery date. If your order hasn’t arrived, contact our support team.
Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll assist you immediately.

Returns & Cancellations

Please Note: All products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason once an order is confirmed and shipped.
Cancellations are allowed only before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Exchanges
